Some important details:

For the month of December 2019 – Friends and family hoping to visit with inmates may do so by making a reservation over the phone or online at: https://ohdoc.gtlvisitme.com/app

  • Once there are no more open sessions for December, the online system will be temporarily locked
  • The online system will require immediate updates to accommodate the new reservation dates and times effective January 7th, 2020.
    • This hiatus with the online system modifications is expected to be brief
    • During the time in which the online reservation isn’t available , friends and family will still be able to call the Visitation office to make reservations
  • Because this transition is effective January 7th, any reservations for January 2nd (Thursday), January 3rd (Friday) and January 4th (Saturday) will need to be made over the phone.
  • The RiCI Visitation Office will be closed on Sunday, January 5th and Monday, January 6th
  • Attempts to make visitation reservations at any time via email will not be honored
  • Visiting is by reservation only.  Please call 419-526-2100, Extension 1, Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Visiting hours are subject to change without notice. Please call the institution to verify visiting hours before planning a visit.
  • Please click here to make online visit reservations, new visitors who to register also can do it here.

Visiting is limited to 5 visitors per Offender at one time. Each visiting session counts as a separate visit. Therefore, 2 visits on the same day will count as 2 of the allowed 4 visits for the offender each month.

You may arrive up to a half hour before your session.

The lobby will be open for visitors awaiting visits beginning at 7:30am. Please don’t report to the front entry area for morning session visits prior to 7:30am.

When making online reservations, all visitors being scheduled for the visit MUST be listed on the reservation and all visitors must be APPROVED visitors including minor children.
