17 January Thinking for a Change (T4C) at WCI January 17, 2018 By ODRC Institutions, Warren Correctional Institution (WCI) WCI, Thinking for a Change, National Institute of Corrections, Cognitive Behavior 0 Thinking for a Change (T4C) is a cognitive–behavioral curriculum developed by the National Institute of Corrections that concentrates on changing the criminogenic thinking of offenders. The foundation of T4C is the utilization of CBT principles throughout the group sessions. The offenders from Warren Correctional Institution have successfully completed 25 lessons that build upon each other, and contains appendices that can be used to craft an aftercare program to meet ongoing cognitive behavioral needs of your group. The two facilitators were T. Stolitca and D. Hoover.
