13 November NERC Women Participates in Cleveland Breast Cancer Walk November 13, 2017 By ODRC Institutions, Northeast Reintegration Center (NERC) NERC, Survivors, Walk, Breast Cancer 0 Nearly 3,000 people, including cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, friends and families of those affected by the disease laced up their shoes and walked around downtown Cleveland to raise awareness for breast cancer. Several women employed at the Northeast Reintegration Center, which is located near downtown Cleveland, supported and participated in the Cleveland Ohio Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. "I just wanted to show support and encouragement for the victims and survivors of breast cancer because it’s the right thing to do." said LeighAnne Ford an Account Clerk Supervisor at NERC Team after team, including those from the NERC Team, put one foot in front of the other during the three-mile walk, all while hoping and praying for a cure.
