5 October North Star Neighborhood Reentry Resource Center October 5, 2016 By ODRC Events, Making Ohio Communities Safer Summit Summit 2016, North Star Reentry Resource Center, Oriana House, Marcus Bell 0 Marcus Bell, the Service Coordinator at North Star neighborhood Reentry Resource Center delivered an extremely informative presentation detailing the wealth of resources available to those recently released from an ODRC or County jail facility. There are many individuals involved in the criminal justice system or returning to the community who struggle to become self-sufficient because there are so many obstacles to successful reentry. The North Star Neighborhood Reentry resource Center (NRRC) is designed to provide current information, a range of direct services, and convenient access to other community resources in a warm, welcoming, and supportive setting. North Star is operated by Oriana House, Inc. and is funded by the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice Affairs Office of Reentry.
