15 August Residents from GRC and NERC receive Governor's Award August 15, 2017 By ODRC Grafton Reintegration Center, Institutions, Northeast Reintegration Center (NERC) NERC, HOPE Channel, Governor's Award, Employee Excellence Program, Director Mohr, NE Regional Director Todd Ishee 0 Three residents from Grafton and Northeast Reintegration Centers received recognition from the Governor’s Office. Mr. Jarrells, Ms. Banks and Ms. Daniel received the award for their involvement with the HOPE Channel and participation in the Governor’s Award for Employee Excellence Program. The certificates were presented by Director Gary Mohr and Regional Director Todd Ishee. The HOPE Channel reaches nearly 8,000 individuals through broadcasts to all six prisons in the Northeast Region. The three recipients were honored to receive the award.
