<p>Carlos Christian, founder of the Starts Within Organization, presented a Black History month presentation at both Grafton&rsquo;s Reintegration Center and Grafton&rsquo;s main compound.&nbsp;Carlos has been offering motivational speeches at GCI for the following few years. <p><span style="font-family: Arial;">Mr. Carlos Christian was invited to Lorain Correctional as a motivational speaker who shared words of encouragement, inspiration and caution. Mr. Christian was speaking from firsthand experience, as a formerly incarcerated person, about the thinking errors that lead to extreme behaviors and yield negative results. His powerful voice kept the audience quiet as he told of his experiences and how he changed his thinking to ultimately change his life. His Starts Within Organization has touched the lives of hundreds of incarcerated men, women and youthful offenders. </span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
