Offenders waited&amp;nbsp;for her arrival&amp;nbsp;with growing&amp;nbsp;anticipation that created an atmosphere of expectations that did not disappoint. As Ms. Stephens sang, she captured the hearts&amp;nbsp;of everyone under her sound of&amp;nbsp;her angelic voice. Her brother, Minister Raymond Lloyd, brought a powerful message of &amp;lsquo;Breaking the Chains of Strongholds&amp;#39;. Kevin Jackson shared two original poems that garnered praise and ovation from offenders.&lt;/p&gt;
