The Bureau of Personnel, Workforce Acquisition provides quality, centralized pre-employment screening and selection for the positions of Correction Officer, Parole Officer, and Correctional Food Service Coordinator through utilization of relevant assessment and investigative processes.  Workforce Acquisition is located at the DRC Operation Support Center in Columbus.
