THIRD EDITION - EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007

The Ohio Parole Board has been involved in an evaluation of the guidelines it utilizes to assist in the release decision-making process, and has recently completed revisions to the manual. As such, the Third Edition of the Ohio Parole Board Guidelines Manual is effective July 1, 2007, and replaces all previous editions. the Third Edition will be applied at all release consideration hearings beginning in July 2007.
