Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, hiring, training, fair labor practices, promotions, and retention of corrections professionals. It is composed of the Bureau of Personnel, Bureau of Labor Relations, the Corrections Training Academy, and the Corrections Assessment Center. Staff within its various divisions are committed to serving their customers through mutual respect, professionalism, and a standard of excellence.
