Execution of
Johnnie Baston Carried Out Today
The death
sentence of inmate Johnnie Baston was carried out at the Southern Ohio
Correctional Facility in Lucasville this morning via intravenous lethal
injection. The time of death was 10:30 a.m. His sentence was imposed
in 1995 by the Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
