Clemency Hearing Scheduled for Death Row Inmate Clarence Carter, #213-145
(Columbus) –
The Ohio Parole Board will conduct a death penalty clemency hearing for inmate
Clarence Carter, #213-146, on Friday, March 11, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The
hearing will be held at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction
(DRC) Central Office location at 770 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.
Inmate
Carter
was sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the December 1988 death of
Johnny Allen at the Hamilton County Jail Annex. The crime took place while
Carter was in jail awaiting sentencing for Aggravated Murder,
