Clemency Report for William Garner

(Columbus) – The clemency report for William Garner, 264-900, will be sent to Governor Strickland’s office today.  The report will be available at 11:30 a.m.  The media can access the report by going to the following internet address:    http://www.drc.ohio.gov/Public/clemency.htm.                                               

Inmate Garner was sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the 1992 murders of Mykkila Mason, Deondra Freeman, Markeca Mason, Denitra Satterwhite, and Richard Gaines.  Inmate Garner is scheduled for execution on July 13, 2010.
