Scheduled Execution for Death Row Inmate Gregory Bryant-Bey

(Columbus) – The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has confirmed that Gregory Bryant-Bey, #285-890, is scheduled for execution on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio.  The Ohio Revised Code mandates lethal injection as the manner of execution.

Inmate Bryant-Bey was convicted and sentenced to death for the 1992 aggravated murder of Dale Pinkleman in Lucas County, Ohio.  Inmate Bryant-Bey was also sentenced to 30 years – Life for the 1992 aggravated murder of Pete Mihas.
