Execution of Inmate Kenneth Biros

(Columbus) –Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction officials have confirmed that inmate Kenneth Biros is scheduled for execution on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.  The execution will take place at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility located in Lucasville, Ohio.  The Ohio Revised Code mandates lethal injection as the manner of execution.

Biros was convicted and sentenced to death for the February 7, 1991, Aggravated Murder of Tammy Engstrom, Trumbull County.
