 Execution Scheduled for William G. Zuern

(Columbus)--- The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has confirmed that inmate William G. Zuern is scheduled for execution on Tuesday, June 8, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio.  The Ohio Revised Code mandates the manner of execution to be lethal injection.

Inmate Zuern was convicted and sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the 1984 aggravated murder of Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Phillip Pence.
