The clemency report for inmate Shawn Hawkins, #A218-401, will be sent to
Governor John Kasich’s office today. The report will be available online

Inmate
Hawkins was convicted to death out of Hamilton County for the June 1989 deaths
of Terrance Richard and Diamond Marteen. He is scheduled for execution on June
14, 2011.
