                             Clemency Hearing Scheduled for Death Row Inmate Shawn Hawkins, #218-401

(Columbus) – The Ohio Parole Board will conduct a death penalty clemency hearing for inmate Shawn Hawkins, #218-401, on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) Operation Support Center location at 770 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.

 Inmate Hawkins was sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the 1989 deaths of Terrance Richard and Diamond Marteen. He is scheduled for execution on June 14, 2011.
