                             Clemency Hearing Scheduled for Daniel Lee Bedford

(Columbus) – The Ohio Parole Board will conduct a death penalty clemency hearing for inmate Daniel Lee Bedford, #181-997, on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) Operation Support Center location at 770 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.

 Inmate Bedford was sentenced to death out of Hamilton County for the 1984 murder of Gwen Toepfert and John Smith.
