Clemency Hearing Scheduled for Johnnie Baston
(Columbus) –
The Ohio Parole Board will conduct a death penalty clemency hearing for inmate
Johnnie Baston, #308-174, on Thursday, February 3, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The
hearing will be held at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction
(DRC) Central Office location at 770 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio.
Inmate
Baston
was convicted out of Lucas County for the March 1994 death of Chong Mah.
