Clemency Report for Kenneth Biros

 

(Columbus) – The clemency report for Kenneth Biros, #249-514, will be sent to Governor Strickland’s office today.  Inmate Biros was sentenced to death out of Trumbull County for the 1991 murder of Tami Engstrom.
