Execution of Inmate Lawrence Reynolds, Jr.

(Columbus)- Officials at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) have confirmed that inmate Lawrence Reynolds, Jr., #296-121, is scheduled for execution on Thursday, October 8, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. The execution will take place at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility located in Lucasville, Ohio. The Ohio Revised Code mandates lethal injection as the manner of execution.

Inmate Reynolds was sentenced to death out of Summit County for the January 1994 murder of Loretta Foster. His execution date is scheduled for October 8, 2009.
