Clemency Report for Jason Getsy, #330-121

(Columbus) – The clemency report for Jason Getsy, #330-121, will be sent to Governor Strickland’s Office on Friday, July 17, 2009.  The media can access the report by going to the following internet address:

Inmate Getsy was sentenced to death out of Trumbull County for the 1995 aggravated murder of Ann Sarafino.  His execution date is scheduled for August 18, 2009.
