LIMA CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION STUDY COMMITTEE
TO HEAR PUBLIC TESTIMONY
WHAT: Lima Correctional Institution Study Committee to Hear Public Testimony
The Lima Correctional Institution Study Committee will hold an open meeting in Lima, Ohio to hear public testimony regarding the highest and best use for the Lima Correctional Institution.

The meeting is open to all members of the public who have an interest in the business before the Committee. Individuals who wish to present oral testimony before the Committee are encouraged to register in advance to be placed on the agenda and provide a written copy of their testimony for the record.
WHY: The Lima Correctional Institution Study Committee is charged with objectively reviewing the status of the Lima Correctional Institution, which was closed in 2003, and procuring an independent feasibility study to examine the highest and best future use for the facility. The Committee shall consider the results of the independent study and submit a report of their findings to the Governor, President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives no later than April 1, 2008.
