(Columbus) --- The clemency report for death row inmate Jerome Henderson, #186-271, has been completed and will be sent to Governor Bob Taft’s office this morning. Inmate Henderson is scheduled for execution on December 5, 2006, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.
