Death Row Inmate Darrell Ferguson Receives New Execution Date

(Columbus) – The previous execution date of July 26, 2006 for inmate Darrell Ferguson, #456-727, Montgomery County, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.  The clemency hearing date of Friday, July 14, 2006 remains the same.

All credentialing information will still be due to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) Public Information office no later than noon on Friday, July 14, 2006.
