Execution Scheduled for Glenn L. Benner

 (Columbus)--- The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has confirmed that inmate Glenn L. Benner is scheduled for execution on Tuesday, February 7, at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio.  The Ohio Revised Code mandates the manner of execution to be lethal injection.

Inmate Benner was convicted and sentenced to death for the 1985 aggravated murder of Cynthia Sedgwich and the 1986 aggravated murder of Trina Bowser, in Summit County, Ohio.
