Execution of John R. Hicks

(Columbus) – The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction confirmed that John R. Hicks is scheduled for execution on Tuesday, November 29, 2005.  The Ohio Revised Code mandate lethal injection as the manner of execution.

Hicks was convicted and sentenced to death for the 1985 Aggravated Murder of his stepdaughter, Brandy Green, age 5, in Hamilton County.
