MEDIA DAY TO BE HELD AT THE OHIO STATE PENITENTIARY

(Columbus) – The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) will be hosting media day at the Ohio State Penitentiary on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 beginning at 11:00 a.m.  This will be an opportunity for media to tour the future site of death row.  No equipment will be allowed inside the facility during the tour.  Paper and pencils will be provided to the media, along with b-roll footage and still photos of the area.
