Director of Prisons Announces Personnel Changes

(Columbus) – Today the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Director Reginald A. Wilkinson announced several personnel changes. Due to recent vacancies in the Warden ranks, the following changes will take place:

• Marc Houk, currently Warden at the London Correctional Institution (LoCI) in London, will be the Warden at the Southeastern Correctional Institution (SCI) located in Lancaster.
• Deb Timmerman-Cooper, Warden at the Ohio Reformatory for Women (ORW) in Marysville, will be taking the position of Warden at LoCI.
• Patricia Andrews, currently Warden at the Franklin Pre-Release Center (FPRC) in Columbus, has been appointed to Warden at ORW.
• Tracy Tyson-Parker, Acting Warden at the Lorain Correctional Institution (LorCI) in Lorain, will be the Warden at FPRC.
• Trumbull Correctional Institution’s (TCI) Warden, Julius Wilson, has been appointed to the Warden position at the Richland Correctional Institution in Mansfield.
• Dave Bobby, currently Warden at Belmont Correctional Institution (BeCI) in St. Clairsville, will now be the Warden at TCI.

These changes leave two vacancies at LorCI and BeCI. Frank Shewalter, Security Administrator for the Northeast Region, will be Acting Warden at LorCI; while Michelle Eberlin, currently Deputy Warden of Special Services at BeCI, will be Acting Warden at BeCI.

“I am pleased to announce these changes among our Warden positions,” Wilkinson said. “Each of these professionals will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their newly appointed positions.”
