Location

The Eastern Horizons Center operates on the grounds of the Belmont Correctional Institution (BeCI) in St. Clairsville, Ohio. BeCI houses approximately 2,770 minimum and medium security inmates. The Eastern Horizons Center commits to the following educational programs:

Overview

The Eastern Horizons Center staff, with support from the institution, works hard to promote all educational opportunities to benefit the BeCI inmate population. The Eastern Horizons Center had another successful year and is pleased to report that not only was the BeCI graduation one of the most successful in recent years, but the annual jobs fair also proved to have many inmates finding possible employment upon release.
