As a part of this initiative, The Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility decided to divide some dorms into smaller, more manageable sections. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction was asked to assist and the both of you, Greg Hess and Mike Paparodis, responded on very short notice. As a result, the dividers were installed quickly and professionally. Today, Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility is safer because of your willingness to help. It is an honor to present you with a DRC Impact Award as a token of our appreciation for your hard work and willingness to help others.
