3 August Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission Honors OSPCC Offenders August 3, 2017 By ODRC Institutions, Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP) Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission, OSPCC Offenders, Warden Bowen Jr., OSPCC 0 The Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission took time out of their busy schedule to recognize the OSPCC Offenders that help feed the less fortunate three times a week. The Warden, Richard A. Bowen Jr, Unit Manager, Tangye Hight, Case Manager, Reena Gordon and Correction Officer, William Rager were present to help honor the inmates for their hard work. The OSPCC Offenders started out working one day a week and shortly after they were asked if they could work three times a week. The offenders really enjoy going as one offender stated “it’s my way of giving back”.
