3 July Produce Grown at PCI July 3, 2017 By ODRC Institutions, Pickaway Correctional Institution (PCI) PCI, Gardening, Produce, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Zucchini, Cabbage, Collard Greens 0 Collard Greens, Zucchini, and cabbage are some of the available produce staff can purchase from the gardening efforts of the gardeners at PCI. The plants were started from seeds and the project was headed up by Officer Vivian Gossett. She is passionate about teaching the offenders gardening skills to use upon their release from prison. The proceeds from the sale of the produce are donated to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank in Grove City, Ohio.
