Grafton Correctional Institution received the Community Support Award from Summit County Children Services Executive Director Julie Barnes. Deputy Warden R. Armbruster and Warden’s Assistant A. Kastler accepted the award on behalf of the institution. The Community Support Award was given to GCI for the annual collaboration of community service performed with The Bike Lady, Inc. For 30 years, Summit County Children Services has been the lead agency working in collaboration with area agencies and organizations to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect prevention.
