3 May MSW II Field Instructor of the Year Award May 3, 2017 By ODRC Institutions, Operation Support Center (OSC) 0 Kim Roschie received the MSW II Field Instructor of the Year Award presented by the Ohio State University (OSU). She was nominated by her intern Shavonda Johnson. Additionally, both interns, Sarah Kodras and Shavonda, had their evaluation projects selected as the "best of the best" and were invited to be on display in a poster presentation format. Out of over 300 students, there were about 12-15 selected for the poster presentation. ODRC received recognition for placing so many social work interns and working closely with OSU and its social work program. Over the years we have seen many interns that become ODRC state workers upon graduating. This has become a great way to build relationships while creating a pipeline for recruiting efforts.
