15 November Dayton Correctional Hosts Their First Graduation for IN2WORK November 15, 2016 By ODRC Dayton Correctional Institution (DCI), Institutions DCI, IN2WORK, Food Service Skills, Aramark Food Service 0 Several women at DCI have received certificates of completion as they graduate from the IN2WORK course skill for a future program. The IN2WORK program is a multi-phase program designed to establish skill development training for inmates through an intensive training system. The program focused on broad transferable food service skills as well as the comprehension and demonstration of key food service operations. The training included formal vocational training in both the classroom and the kitchen, to include hands-on work experience. Ms Nagy, Aramark Food Service Director, DCI, stated that she and of the students are all so proud of their selves and their accomplishments!
