8 November WCCF Reentry Event November 8, 2016 By ODRC Reentry WCCF, Reentry, Recidivism, TJ Muselin, MAI Manufacturing 0 The West Central Community Correctional Facility hosted its 3rd Annual Reentry Event in Marysville. West Central serves Union, Delaware, Logan, Marion, Morrow, Champaign, Clark and Madison counties. It is the philosophy of the facility to promote individual change among residents through the use of community as an agent of change. This approach is in direct alignment with the DRC mission to Reduce recidivism among those we touch. The combination of effective evidence-based programming and the continuum of care offered to offenders as they return to the community is an effective Reentry strategy. Mike Davis, DRC Office of Reentry spoke to those in attendance thanking service providers for recognizing the importance of helping fellow Ohioans. TJ Muselin, HR Director for MAI Manufacturing also spoke to the audience reminding service providers and residents that his company is committed to offering employment to qualified and committed individuals regardless of past mistakes. MAI takes seriously it's role in leading change regarding Reentry and restoration.
