In2Work Graduation at FMC

In2Work is an intense food service training program which consists of 3 phases: kitchen basics, retail basics, and ServSafe.  Participants must apply to be accepted into the program.  In addition, they  are interviewed, and  hand selected into the program.  Their selection is viewed as a honor; therefore, they are held to a higher standard within the kitchen operation.  They serve as peer mentors to those who are classified to work in Food Service Department.  More importantly, the 36 week program equips and prepares the participants to work in any food service establishment upon return to their respective communities.
