27 October Presentation to Director Mohr by Correctional Recovery Services October 27, 2016 By ODRC Bureau of Correctional Recovery Services, Institutions, Noble Correctional Institution (NCI) Bureau of Correctional Recovery Services, Director Mohr, Cleveland Indians, NCI 0 Representatives of the OhioMHAS – Bureau of Correctional Recovery Services presented a hand-made Cleveland Indians blanket and Letter of Appreciation to Gary Mohr, Director of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. The blanket, representing Director Mohr’s favorite team, was presented on behalf of the entire Recovery Services staff for all of his support, leadership, and dedication provided to those in recovery over the years. The blanket was hand-made by inmates of the Noble Correctional Institution’s Recovery Services Community Service group, commissioned by the Bureau of Correctional Recovery Services, and paid for by private donations from the Bureau staff. The gift comes one day ahead of the team heading into the 2016 Major League Baseball World Series where the American League Cleveland Indians hope to gain their first Series win since 1948.
